Bag Filter Housing

The  Side Entry Bag filter  effectively removes dirt, pipe scale, and other contaminants from  process liquids such as water, chemical and petroleum products. Standard housing material is 316 Stainless Steel or  304 Stainless Steel with Electro-Polishing as an option. The standard configuration of these units assures that they can be

easily incorporated into your system. The cover opening direction can be changed to any one of the four Zinc plated steel eye bolts for easy bag change

out. The design of the housing allows the use of standard and high efficiency filter bags plus  a variety of o-ring materials with no change in design. This means that whether its hydrocarbons, glycol, coolant, inks or water, the SNB Side Entry, Single Bag Filter Housing will fit the need.

150 PSI working pressure, temp. 190°F Max.

Adjustable leg assembly included.

For standard #1 or #2 Bag Sizes.

Cover opening direction can be changed in the field.

Eye bolt closure for easy bag change-out operation.

Stainless perforated basket with bag hold down

device included.

EPDM O-Rings standard (other materials available).

 Steel or 304 Stainless Steel. The lid assembly is an investment

casting of the same material. Electo-Plating is an optional feature.

Two body sizes are available to accommodate two different bag

sizes; #1 bag size (7 x 15) and #2 bag size (7 x 30).

The adjustable leg assembly is  SS 304 or SS316L

The standard  material of construction for the Perforated Basket will match

the housing material. Inlet and Outlet connections are  NPT Threaded or ANSI Flanged.
