Blending Tank

Blending Tank made of imported stainless steel 316L or 304,the interior wall is treated

 by the methods of electrolytic mirror polishing or mechanical polishing ,the exterior insulation 

wall is a completely welded structure of stainless steel 304,mirror polishing of calender treatment

 for the exterior surface.

The blending tank is mounted with 0.2um hydrophobic air filter.The tank can 

sustain a high temperature bacteria disinfection up to 121,and it is equipped with sanitary 

pressure gauge. Sanitary quick coupler is used for the outlet connect from the tank,The tank is

 also equipped with temperature monitoring device.2 sight glasses,cleaning ball and nitrogen gas 

inlet.Special sanitary mechanical sealing is adopted for the shaft sealing in order to keep the 

material out of pollution.

The Blending Tank can also equipped with frequency conversion speed-adjustment device.The stirring shaft has a wide range of speed adjustment.
