Swing bolt Cartridge Filter are a proven design suited for commercial and industrial applications. Available in 304SS or 316L SS. Standard with Universal seal cups to accept DOE & 222 & 226 open end  or flat cartridges. Filter Housings are standard with food grade EP gasket and also offered in other materials and port sizes,meet a wide spectrum of applications.

The inner surface of the Cartridge Filter is mirror-polished (roughness Ra ≤ 0.28 & microm), no health corner, in line with the "GMP" regulatory requirements. Widely used in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, biological products, water treatment, brewing, electronics, petrochemical and other industries pre-filter or terminal sterilization filter precision. 

 Main technical parameter of Cartridge Filters: 

 1, flow rate: 0.2 ~ 50t / h (series specifications); 

 2, filter precision: 0.2,0.45,1.0,3.0 ~ 60 microns (optional filter the light of our technical performance of the filter parameter table); 

 3, filter material: polypropylene membrane, mixed-cellulose membrane, polyethersulfone membrane, nylon membrane, PTFE membrane, activated carbon fibers (5 microns) and so on;

 5, filter socket forms: 1. Type 226or 222 type; 2. Flat  compression;
