automatic bubble-removing machine adopts the electromagnetic heating and automatic quick-actuating closure. It is production equipment used in the production line for LC modules to 

remove bubbles from the LC panel when such bubbles exist among the adjusted polariscope 

after completing all working procedures between the polarizer and LCD glass, as well as the ITO 

and glass. It can also be used for jointing the polarizing film and protecting film.

The automatic bubble removing machine makes use of the pressure and temperature to remove bubbles 

arising from  the polarizer lamination process. During this process, the cohesive force among different materials

 will be strengthened. It also applies to the technics, to vacuum off bubbles inside the cell LC box, for example. 

Its operating methods, including but not limited to the temperature, pressure and operating duration, can all be set procedurally.  

Its cabin is made from SUS304 anticorrosive materials. The cabin space can be freely selected by the user.

With a name-brand PLC control system, it is equipped with a 5-inch color human-machine interface and shown by parameter curves. 

It is very easy and convenient to run the machine.
