Gas filter housing is made of stainless steel 304 or ss316l
Gas filter's model and connection can be designed according to customer's requirement
Gas Filter-- for 100% contamination-free compressed air and gases. steam filters are sterilizeable in situ using steam up to 142°C for 15 minutes.
Note: it is necessary to dry and prefilter the compressed air before the sterile filter.
Gas Filter-- for the removal of solid particles from a steam flow with temperatures up to 200C. Efficiency at normal capacity: 99,99% (1 or 25). Initial differential pressure at normal capacty: 0,1 bar (D series). Initial differential pressure at normal capacity: 0,025 bar (HS/DPL series). Recommended temperature range: up to 200C continuously.
